Create Standard SWXL Collections

OVERVIEW:

• Create standard SWXL collections (G1, G2, G3, G4, User Top Keywords)

PROCESS:

1. https://dev.myersmediagroup.com/mmgsvn/KMS/trunk/ILG/trunk/util/create-standard-collections.sql
2. Manually update the Collection_Info.last_updated column for each entry.
