Backup previous ELS results (all four tables), since we may need to merge multiple ELS results at the end.
Run https://dev.myersmediagroup.com/mmgsvn/KMS/trunk/URLPriority/EmptyLinkSlot/2-populate_ilg_adhoc_tables.sql. Make sure to have final list of (url, kw, kw_link) ready, and specify @els_links_per_page in the query (default to 5 in the script).
